12 Year warranty is only applicable to modular and customized furniture’s made and installed by Bespoke Interio. Valid proof of purchase must be shown to avail the warranty. Upon approval of the warranty claim, the product will be replaced or repaired with the same product with a value not higher than the price of the original product purchase. If the repair work is been carried out under any circumstances to the product without any authorisation from the Bespoke Interio, the product’s warranty coverage is automatically void. Any circumstances that arise where the Client or Bespoke wish to terminate the service has to be served in written notice. In case of such termination, Bespoke Interio shall be paid with the commensurate stages of the work completed at the time of the said termination.

We provide multiple design revisions until you are fully satisfied with the outputs. Any revision requested after the detailed drawing is prepared are chargeable.
